About Us

As a high school student, I'm passionate about using social media to make a difference in my community. When I joined forces with Abhay, Pradyu, and Aditya to help younger kids in our community learn to code, I immediately recognized the importance of using social media to spread our message. Through my coursework in Business and Marketing, I learned the importance of reaching a target audience and using social media as a powerful marketing tool. As the Social Media Manager for The Coding Compass, I create engaging content that resonates with younger kids and helps us achieve our mission of spreading coding education in our community.

As I reflect on my journey, I can't help but feel grateful for the passion and drive that led me to where I am today. From a young age, coding and technology have always fascinated me, and I spent countless hours tinkering with different programming languages and experimenting with different applications. As I grew older, I became more focused on the world of data science and machine learning. Then I turned my attention to app development, honing my skills and learning new techniques to create innovative, user-friendly apps. And then, I knew I had to keep pushing myself further. I turned to machine learning research. Looking back, I am proud of what I have accomplished, but I know that there is still so much more to learn and explore. I am excited to continue on this journey, to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and to inspire other kids to do the same.

As an aspiring entrepreneur involved in several impactful ventures, I am passionate about making a difference in my community through my work and partnerships involving the Washington Board of Education and City of Sammamish. My experience in several startup initiatives coupled with my drive to enrich the lives of students in my community, makes me the most qualified candidate. As a partner of The Coding Compass, I am dedicated to empowering kids with programming knowledge. I aim to inspire kids and break through any limitations we endure in order to make the most amount of impact in our community.

Introduced to coding by my father in 8th grade, I lost interest until AP CSP in 9th grade. Faced with the challenge of the course, I committed myself to mastering the material and found a new passion for coding. In just a month, I went from feeling intimidated by coding to falling in love with it. I passed the AP CSP exam with flying colors and am now taking AP CSA in 10th grade. I'm eager to continue developing my skills and helping others discover the joy of coding.
